Made for comfort and easy style, this fanciful frock features a sweet boat neckline, cross back straps, and an extra twirly full circle skirt. From the first wearing, and wash after wash, the fabric feels so soft and keeps its bright colors and shape. Below mid-thigh length. 95% cotton, 5% spandex jersey for stretch and softness.
